Communal Space
The charm of Bodhi Tree is the unique communal space, that combines the functions of an art gallery, a cafe, a garden and a patio library.
Here , the finer consciousness of art mingles with the aroma of Darjeeling tea , social conversations in the garden have a background of bird sounds and rustle of trees.
Here, you can admire art, order a meal or a snack, listen to music, read a book and have a conversation.
This tranquil new age ambience can be enjoyed by all the guests.

50% Reservation Payment is required for confirmed reservation. We send our Paypal Email Invoice; any credit card can be used to make the payment. The payment can also be made through direct electronic bank transfer.
If you are located in India, the amount can be deposited in any branch of ICICI Bank in any Indian city; details will be forwarded to you after your confirmation.
Kindly don't send us your credit card details.
Cancellation policy
There is no refund of deposit if cancelled 14 days prior to check – in date and for early check – outs.
80% of the reservation amount is refunded if a cancellation is made before 14 days from the check – in – date.
All cancellation / change of date require an email.
Discounts, Extra – Bed & Breakfast, Smoking, Check-in and Check-out
Discounts are offered for long stay and during off – season (May – September). For best rates, write to us, at the earliest.
The cost of Extra – Bed & Breakfast is INR 1000/- per person.
All rooms are strictly non – smoking. But smoking is allowed in the garden.
There is a penalty towards replacement cost, if the keys (of the room & safe) are lost or damaged.
Check-in is at 12 Noon and check-out is at 11 AM
For late check-outs (till 7pm) half-rate is applicable (as per availability)

Bodhi Tree offers airport transfers, car rental (on hourly basis) and Kolkata tours with professional guide. For the latest rates, kindly write to us.
Late Night Arrivals
Bodhi Tree is very easy to find, if you follow the directions.

Please carry a print of the directions, along with the address.
We recommend that you avail of our airport pick-up service if you are checking-in after 10 pm.
Proof of identity (Passport - all foreign guests, Voters ID / Driving License/ PAN Card / Credit Card with Photo for Indian Guests, without passport) is mandatory along with a valid email account.
No Indian guests will be allowed to check-in without proof of identity.
All foreign guests will have to fill Form C ( Submitted to Police & Foreigners Registration office ) in compliance with the Rules 14 of Foreigners Registration Act.
